What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If that isn't the case, let us know and we will do our best to work with you to make it right. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Return window is 30 days from item delivery to ship this item back to us.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Usually, items ship within 2-3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping choice.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on location and the number of items in your order. You will always know the shipping cost before your purchase.
What is your jewelry made of?
Jewelry is made of polymer clay. Polymer clay is lightweight and durable. A large statement earring won't weigh your ears down and cause discomfort like other earrings. Findings, like studs or hooks are either 18k gold plate or white gold plate and almost always nickel free, but some are stainless steel. Where are the products made?
All jewelry is handcrafted by me, Heather, in my home studio in Dresden, Ohio.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Keep away from direct sunlight and heat. Remove your jewelry when you're sleeping. Allow perfumes and/or lotions to dry before wearing. Remove before entering the water. remove before physical activity or workouts. Store in a container or bag. Message me with concerns.
Variations from online images?
Each piece of jewelry is one of a kind. Handmade individually so color, pattern, and shape can vary ever so slightly. All pictures are the best representation possible that I can achieve of each piece. If any additional questions, please message me!
Are custom orders available?
If there's a color, size, or shape of a style that just isn't your preference, I'm open to suggestions and will personalize, if I am able. Customs orders may be an additional cost. Message me with your thoughts or ideas. We can start a dialogue, and I hope to make your requests a reality!
Local delivery option.
We offer local delivery for customers within 25 miles of our studio. Free delivery for addresses within 10 miles and a $4 fee for addresses 10-25 miles away. Local delivery days may vary depending on order volume and location, but all local deliveries are completed within 2-4 business days. You will receive a notification once your order is delivered. If you live outside the local delivery radius, standard shipping options will be available at checkout.
